Founded in April 2026 in Penticton, Tantuni Turkish Cuisine was created with a passion for sharing the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Turkey.

Our Culinary Master Chef, Ersin Yilmaz, set out to introduce the diverse cuisine of his homeland by bringing together authentic dishes from every region of Turkey—from east to west and from north to south.
